Bespoke service
ONE PAGE IDENTITY combines positioning, business writing and visual design. It is not an instant template. Final scope is the proposal confirmed before payment.
Revision scope
A round may include multiple detail notes on copy, hierarchy, spacing, colour and supplied assets. A new audience, context, positioning or full visual direction is separately scoped.
Schedule and delivery
Scheduling begins after materials, scope and the agreed payment are complete. Delivery timing is confirmed before the engagement begins and may shift if materials or feedback are delayed.
Cancellation and refunds
Because bespoke work reserves strategy, writing and design time, refund terms depend on whether substantive work has begun. Final terms will be displayed before checkout opens.
